Five stages, agreed before we mobilise

Understand the scope
Drawings, specifications, codes and site constraints reviewed before we price, so the number we give is the number we deliver.
- 02
Plan and mobilise
Method statements, ITPs, welding procedures, manpower and lifting plans agreed with the main contractor ahead of mobilisation.
- 03
Fabricate and erect
Workshop and field execution to approved procedures, under QA/QC hold points and continuous dimensional control.
- 04
Test and clean
Hydrostatic, pneumatic and leak testing; pickling and passivation; NDT coordination and inspection documentation.
- 05
Complete and hand over
Punch clearance, mechanical completion and dossier handover, leaving the system ready for commissioning.
